  • Your job title/status as a vision impairment education professional (used by Habilitation VI UK to authorise membership eligibility)
  • The subscription status of your membership of Habilitation VI UK (used by Habilitation VI UK to authorise member discounts on products and services).
  • Record of any contact with you.

We may retain this information in respect of non-members, in case of:

  • A lapsed member who may wish to re-join at a later date.

The criteria used for determining the retention period is as follows:

2.6.1. For current members: we keep all information while membership is current in line with our legitimate interest above.

2.6.2. For lapsed former members: we keep information for six months to enable us to issue a speedy response in case you wish to re-apply for membership at a later date
