This year’s conference is kindly being supported by UCL London and will be held there on Wednesday 1st March. The theme of the conference is Transition and speakers will include Blind in Business, Thomas Pocklington Trust, the AGM and a session on living with albinism as a young adult. As we appreciate that some people may have to travel further, the conference will run from 1pm – 5pm. There will also be optional CPD workshops (numbers will be limited) on Navigation aids and Sensory Integration running in the morning at a small additional charge.
Eventbrite Bookings for the conference and CPD workshops will open on Monday 23 January – the cost of the main conference will be £35 for Habviuk members. Additional CPD workshops will be priced at £5 per workshop but are only open to those attending the main conference. Recordings of presentations will be available on the member’s area of our website a couple of weeks after the event.
